Animal Rights Activist and Town Employees Sue Town of Hempstead for Corruption and Abusing Animals

A well known animal rights activist Diane Madden and three Town of Hempstead animal shelter employees Dolores Stormo, Nancy Giris, and Wendy Cariello retained our firm to sue the Town and its supervisor for creating a hostile work environment at the animal shelter that punished people who dared speak out against its totalitarian supervisor.   The town and its agents violated the Plaintiffs' first amendment rights.  For Madden, this is not the first time she has been down this path, this lawsuit is eerily reminiscent of a prior lawsuit she brought and won against the Town.  This behavior is unacceptable from our elected officials and the worst part is the defenseless animals are the real victims here.  Media links as follows:
